Telephone booking is available during daytime. If urgent booking, telephone is the quickest way however a phone call from abroad usually costs much more than fax or e-mails.
To make a booking by phone, please check current Japanese Standard Time; The day time abroad can be the night time in Japan.
On the phone, we usually ask you for the following info;
  1. FULL-NAME
  2. PHONE NUMBER
  3. occasionally CREDIT CARD NUMBER(just for disposit)

If you do not have e-mail access but don't want to pay for the phone charge, we accept booking by fax.
  1. First, please click HERE for the fax booking form.
  2. Fill in the blanks, print out, then send us your copy.
  3. Please wait for our reply. If we have vacancies we give you a confirmation letter. If not, we let you know. When you receive our confirmation letter, please print out to identify your booking on the arrival day.
